NG Trade LLC is a US-based company that sells mini-split HVAC units to distributors. Our site allows users to register products, browse product specifications, and contact our team.
Information We Collect

- Product registration: name, email address, company or distributor name, product model, serial number, and purchase date.

We do not collect payment card numbers or financial account information through this Site.

Submit a verifiable consumer request by contacting us at the information in Section 13. Include “CCPA Request” in your email subject line. We will respond within 45 days.
In the preceding 12 months we have collected: identifiers (name, email, IP address); commercial information (product registration data); and internet or electronic network activity (log data, cookies). We have not sold personal information.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business-to-business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware we have done so, we will delete it promptly. Contact us immediately if you believe a child has submitted information through our Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. This policy applies only to information collected through ngtrade.us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
