- Warranty process
- BLU+ and SAJA coverage is valid only when a licensed or state certified HVAC contractor installs the system. Your customer registers within 60 days of installation for the additional term, and the one registration form asks for the indoor and outdoor serial numbers and your HVAC license number. Terms are on the Warranty page.

What happens after you submit
Your request goes to the NG Trade team. We send the line card and answer by email or phone, using the contact details you give us. Trade pricing is quoted on request. It is never posted online.
